Below are the full terms and conditions governing the Facebook competition (the “Competition”) run by The Lenbrook, 69 Lord Street, Blackpool FY1 2BJ (“Organizer”). By entering, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
Entrant: Any individual who enters the Competition in accordance with these rules.
Prize: The item(s) set out in Section 5 (“Prize”).
Competition Period: The start and end dates / times specified in Section 4 (“Competition Period”).
Winner: The Entrant(s) selected in accordance with Section 6 (“Winner Selection & Notification").
2. Eligibility
Entrants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years old or over at time of entry.
Employees of The Lenbrook, its affiliates, agencies, (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate.

Share the post publicly to their own Facebook timeline
Leave a comment tagging one friend
Only one entry per Facebook Account is permitted. Multiple tags in a single comment count as one entry. Multiple comments tagging the same friend do not increase chances. No purchase necessary.
4. Competition Period
Opens: 00:01 BST on 1 August 2025
Closes: 23:59 BST on 15 August 2025
Entries submitted before or after these dates will not be accepted.
5. Prize
One Winner will receive a complimentary two-night weekend stay for two people (adults) in a standard double room at The Lenbrook, including breakfast.
No cash alternative available. Prize is non‐transferable. Subject to availability; blackout dates apply.
6. Winner Selection, Notification & Claiming Prize
Winner chosen at random within seven days of closing date via computer-generated draw.
Winner notified by direct message on Facebook within 48 hours of the draw.
Winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond in time, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be drawn.
The prize must be redeemed by 31st December 2025, subject to room availability and blackout dates (including local events and Bank Holidays).
7. Prize Terms
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Any additional costs (travel, third-party services, extras) are the winner's responsibility.
The Lenbrook reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.
8. Entry Requirements & Code of Conduct
Entries must not contain hate speech, defamation, pornography, illegal content, or spam.
The Lenbrook reserves the right to remove any entry that breaches these rules without notice.
9. Fraud & Disqualification
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions will be void.
The Lenbrook may disqualify any Entrant at its sole discretion.
10. Exclusion & Limitation of Liability
The Lenbrook is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or use of the Prize, except where prohibited by law.
The Lenbrook's liability will not exceed the value of the Prize.
11. Moderation & Comment Guidelines
All comments on the Competition post are subject to moderation.
The Lenbrook may delete, hide, or report any comment that is abusive, offensive, or off-topic.
12. Intellectual Property
By submitting an entry, Entrants grant The Lenbrook a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, publish, and display the content in connection with the Competition and future marketing.
13. Force Majeure
If events beyond The Lenbrook's reasonable control (including strikes, pandemics, natural disasters) make the Competition impractical, they may suspend, modify, or cancel the Competition.
14. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Winners must comply with any applicable health, safety, and COVID-19 regulations at the time of Prize redemption.
The Lenbrook accepts no liability for Entrants’ failure to adhere to such protocols.
15. Variation of Terms
The Lenbrook reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or vary these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be published on the original Competition post or The Lenbrook's website.
16. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Direct any queries, complaints, or disputes to hello@thelenbrook.com within 14 days of Competition closing.
The Lenbrook will investigate and respond within 14 days of receipt.
17. Privacy & Data Protection

By entering, participants agree to The Lenbrook contacted them by Facebook Messenger
The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity, including use of their name and Facebook profile photo without additional payment.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
19. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, you release Facebook from any liability in connection with this competition.
